            Service Overview

From your first phone call to us, to our last on site visit. Let us walk you through our process so you know what to expect even before our specialist arrives at your property!

The process starts with your call and finding out a little about where you are located and what you and what you are experiencing at your location and the reason for your call.
We will ask you a few questions regarding the structure of your home, what type of noises & sightings you have experienced and the length of time you have been experiencing these items. As not everyone visits our website before calling, we will also give a brief overview of our services that is described in more detail here.

The next process is to set an appointment for our specialists to meet you on site. The sooner, the better.
Our specialist will provide you with a courtesy call prior to arrival and arrive promptly at your location and greet you with a smile. The specialist will again ask you a series of brief questions and will be asking for your permission to perform the inspection process on the property by having you sign and assessment agreement release. Once authorization is given the specialist may ask you to point out some areas of concern.

Our specialist will then start the assessment and it begins in the attic spaces and will transition to the outside of the structure where we will inspect all roof areas, the exterior walls of the structure and all ground level access areas as well. We like to start in the attic for many reasons. Many times we many encounter the animals immediately and may be able to resolve small problems right away. Another reason is to keep from tracking dirt & debris throughout the inside of the structure by saving the outside for last. We get down and dirty, as we leave no stone unturned during our inspection! During our inspection, we will utilize some of todays best technology in equipment designed specifically or adapted to our to our field to assist us in solving your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Which saves us time and more importantly, saves you money!

The final process of the assessment is to provide you with a detailed item by item written estimate with no hidden or add on later costs. You will know exactly what you are paying for at the time of the inspection with no hidden surprise's down the road. The specialist has been working hard, so it will take a little while to fill out your assessment and it is done in the air conditioning of our vehicle. We do take pictures during our inspection so we may show you exactly what we are talking about when it comes to explaining our findings and what we believe is your best resolve to the problem.

You decide what you want to do next.  There are three different approaches to all jobs. (GOOD) Trapping only, (Better) Trapping and some exclusion, or (BEST) trapping, exclusion and biological clean up (Bio-Clean). It is highly recommended that all items are completed to prevent further animal problems. It is also not ideal to skip or cut corners of any items when dealing with rodents.
" If you were in the ocean and had 4 holes in your boat and pached only 3, your still gonna sink. "

Wildlife typically rely on 3 items to naturally survive. They are food, water and shelter. They develop a normal daily/nightly routine (just like humans) in which we will disrupt depending on the animal you are experiencing and the magnitude of your problem. These will determine our tactics.  We will set animal specific traps which will be of a live trap or a dispatch type trap that will humanely contain the animal. We will also perform the exclusion work on the current entry points and potential entry points that we identified on your assessment to prevent future entry to the structure. We typically will have the entire problem resolved within 5 to 10 days. Rarely does it take longer than this.

One of the most important processes in the removal of wildlife is also the removal of health risks to humans and the removal of attractants to other wildlife.
We will remove the health risks and animal attractants that have been left behind in urine, feces, and body oils through a process of biologically cleaning (Bio-Clean) the attic, crawlspace and entry points as neccessary. This process involves natural organics and no chemicals! We do this by using a "fog-type" atomizer in large spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, or a pump sprayer for entry points, burrows, and travel paths.

Our assessments may take as much as 2-3 hours from start to finish, depending on the size of your home and the magnitude of your problem. So please allow ample time to spend with us on the day of your appointment. We do not, and will not rush our process!
Most importantly, we want you to be happy and feel secure with your investment! We are sure you will find it educational as well!

We will never use poisons or chemicals that may harm your family, pets, wildlife, or the environment!
