Rats Squirrels
Rodents are one of the most damaging animals we deal with on a day to day basis. Below are just some of the pictures taken of what damage they can do. This was a dishwasher removed from the home after rats had chewed numerous holes in it trying to get to water. The water pump on the bottom was completely destroyed overnight and created a flood in the kitchen that damaged the floor as well.
Squirrels are very determined and persistent animals by nature. This home owner stopped filling the bird feeders in the back yard in hope to rid his yard of all the squirrels. Instead he brought them closer than he ever imagined, as they searched for the bird seed he was storing in his garage!
I captured 16 squirrels from this location and applied a temporary fix to the roof line entry point until a professional roofer could fix it permanently.
